OTIS is a new digital product designed to bring sophisticated pricing intelligence to the hospitality industry—specifically tailored for small to mid-sized hotel groups. Founded by a former APAC Digital Manager at Hyatt Hotels, OTIS was born from a clear gap in the market: while large hotel chains have access to advanced revenue management tools and teams, smaller operators are often left relying on manual processes or limited data. OTIS changes that.
The platform enables hotels to optimise pricing in real time by analysing their competitive set—comparing nearby properties, tracking market shifts, and responding dynamically to demand fluctuations, particularly during high-pressure seasonal periods. By surfacing actionable insights and automating key decisions, OTIS helps operators remain competitive, agile, and commercially effective.
In essence, OTIS delivers the capabilities of enterprise-grade revenue management—at a fraction of the cost—democratising access to tools that were previously out of reach for much of the market. Otis is still in development with a lunch slated for Q4 2026.
The founder and CEO of OTIS is also a lead consultant at BaseAi, enabling a deeply collaborative partnership from the outset.
Together, we have leveraged our combined expertise across the initial market opportunity, the definition of the business and SaaS model, and the establishment of the overall product vision. Together we will leed the design and development of the user experience, interface, and brand—ensuring a cohesive product that balances technical capability with clarity and usability. OTIS is currently in development and slated for launch in Q4 2026.
